Editorial Responsibilities

The Editor-in-Chief holds the responsibility for determining the publication of articles submitted to the journal. The decisions are based solely on the quality and merit of the manuscript, without any bias related to race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, or political views. The Editor-in-Chief also adheres to the editorial policy and legal regulations concerning defamation, copyright infringement, and plagiarism when making decisions.

Members of the Editorial Board, including the Editor-in-Chief, are required to have no conflicts of interest regarding the articles they review for publication. If any member believes they may be perceived as having a potential conflict of interest, they abstain from participating in the decision-making process for that particular manuscript.

The information and ideas presented in submitted manuscripts are treated as confidential. Unpublished materials must not be exploited for personal gain without obtaining written consent from the authors.

Editors and the editorial staff take appropriate measures to ensure the anonymity of authors and reviewers during and after the evaluation process, in line with the specific type of review being conducted.
