REPOSITORY POLICY

As part of our commitment to promoting the sharing of research findings, Institute of Management & Knowledge is delighted to introduce its repository policy. This policy outlines the requirements for authors of articles published in collaborative works such as journals, anthologies, edited volumes, and databases:

AUTHOR DESIRES TO SHARE HIS/HER ARTICLE ON A PERSONAL WEBSITE OR IN A REPOSITORY

Institute of Management & Knowledge permits authors to utilize the final published version of their article (publisher pdf) for self-archiving purposes, such as on their personal website, or for archiving in an institutional repository hosted on a non-profit server.

It is essential to properly acknowledge the published source and provide a link to the journal's homepage or the articles' DOI.

Nevertheless, authors are NOT PERMITTED to self-archive their articles in public or commercial repositories that focus on specific subjects.

The Journal allows Author(s) to deposit all versions of their paper in an institutional repository and non-commercial subject-based repositories, such as PubMed Central, Europe PMC, arXiv and other repositories, or to publish it on Author's personal website and departmental website (including social networking sites, such as ResearchGate, Academia.edu, etc.).
